submitted by Kristie B. - |Recommended: YesGrounds — There is a ton of dog litter around the area. It's unfortunate I cannot walk out to my car without seeing a pile of dog mess. It is very bad by the trashcans. I really wish people would be responsible owners and clean up after their pets.

submitted by Andrew B. - |Recommended: YesRental Agreement — Not sure what to really say about what I verbally agreed to and what is now a signed rental agreement. I was told that a 3 bedroom townhouse was available at 1840 per month, I was looking for a 2 bedroom, but there were none available at the time I needed to move. I get a bill for 1915 for rent, I look at the floor plans for the Sassafras on the website and the rental cost is 1749. I am not real sure what is going on and why I am paying more for the sassafras than the Lilac model which has more square footage and is 1899. Starting to feel as if the wool was pulled over my eyes Other than that, it’s pretty ok.

Since i moved in ive been having issues all the time and the staff will rather make up excuses than to fix the problem. The area is nice and peaceful, to bad the management cant keep up.

I have not had trouble parking yet. I have met maintenance and he seems nice too although I have not needed him for anything yet so cannot rate that accurately, Kristen the property Manager is so sweet ,She was very helpful and fast with getting me signing the lease within a 2 day time period and was extra accommodating. Such a quiet neighborhood
