|Recommended: YesSo Far, This Is A Great Place To Stay — I enjoy how pet-friendly and responsive to tenant needs this community has been so far. It is conveniently located near Baltimore city and various colleges universities. Neighbors are cordial but not overly involved with each other. My partner and I have been happy living here with our cat and dog.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — To live at Grove means to live in a home which is close to a lot of places and living comfortably. The management is here to help and problems are resolved seamlessly and quickly. The area is safe, clean, and close to UMBC campus.

|Recommended: YesLovely Townhome — We really are quite happy with our Townhome at The Grove. Management here is very friendly and truly cares about their tenants.
Very importantly is the quick response to any maintenance concerns that should arise. This genuine care has confirmed to us we made the right choice.
The proximity to the Marc Station, the YMCA, schools, Colleges, shopping and easy highway access have been extra pluses for our residing here. The library is a very short walk away, like across the street.

|Recommended: YesLove The Neighborhood — I really like the groves, it is so quiet and peaceful, any maintenance issues are handled in a timely fashion, commute is awesome, I can get anywhere from 95 and 195. Property Manager Kate is great, communicates well, even down to I believe what is the call center- they are very nice as well. I'm just very pleased with the decision to move into the groves. Just reading other reviews, people have been living in the community for years and that tells me that it is a great area to be. I look forward to my long stay as well.

|Recommended: YesPleasant An Peaceful — So far our experience has been a pleasant and peaceful one. The staff and maintenance crew are very responsive and the complex is well kept for the most part. The tenants seem to forget to pick up their garbage bins often and there is quite some pet waste that goes un-curbed. But overall it has been a good living experience for us.

|Recommended: YesVery Nice — I would recommend I think you should try to keep families with children together and older couples together. I also recommend offering some sort of upgrades when renewing rent when the rent goes up each year such as painting or cleaning or even replacing carpet due to wear and tear.

|Recommended: YesThe Community As A Whole Is Wonderful. — Layouts and floor plans are small expecially for the price they charge but location is everything. Being off the beaten path is what makes this property unique.

|Recommended: YesThis Is A Very Nice And Quiet Place To Live — I like living here because this is a nice and quiet place. The place is well cared for. If you need maintenance the Guy that is are only Maintenance Person Don’t know how to spell his Name He is always very helpful and you see him every morning walking the complex picking up trash. Always speaks to everyone. The Manager Rita is very polite and friendly to very one.

|Recommended: YesGreat Overall Place To Live — The staff here is great and I would never want to live in a normal apartment again after having all the privacy and convenience of a townhouse The parking is not strictly assigned and the townhouses are somewhat on the older side so small problems do come up occasionally. But the staff is very friendly and quick to address issues and I've never had any problems with the neighbors either.
